Flourish Education is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner for a fantastic Ofsted rated "Good" primary school in Wolverhampton. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be part of a supportive and dynamic team, helping to deliver high-quality early years education to young learners.
This role is to start as soon as possible, with potential for a permanent position following a successful trial.
Job Role:
- Support the planning and delivery of EYFS activities in line with the National Curriculum.
- Provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for nursery-aged children.
- Encourage children to develop key skills through engaging play-based activities.
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure the welfare of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working in a UK nursery or primary school (essential).
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and EYFS guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passionate and dedicated approach to working with young children.
