Hours: 40 hours per week, Term Time only
Salary: 22,000 - 24,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, your role will include:
- Supporting children with their learning and general wellbeing, helping them reach their full potential in a safe and caring environment.
- Providing tailored support, including care needs and positive behaviour management, where required.
- Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils to ensure they feel secure and valued during their time at school.
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering high-quality, differentiated educational activities as part of a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Promoting independence and personal development while maintaining high standards of behaviour.
- Adapting to the varied nature of the role and providing support wherever needed.
Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Experience working with SEN in either a paid or voluntary capacity.
- A GCSE Maths and English Level 3 or above qualification (essential).
- A Level 2 or above qualification in Support Work for Teaching and Learning in Schools (desirable).
- An understanding of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures.
- Flexibility, creativity, and a child-focused approach.
- A positive, proactive attitude toward meeting individual pupils' needs.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (desirable).
