As an Account Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless delivery of on-site recruitment solutions.

- Salary: £24,000
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on-site at Client location
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing key aspects of the recruitment process, including CV submissions and interview scheduling.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to gather feedback.
- Raising worker contracts through our HR system and conducting inductions for new starters.
- Providing top-notch care for Associates throughout their assignments, handling queries and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintaining absence trackers and managing time-sheets to ensure compliance.
- Analysing key HR and recruitment metrics and keeping our processes efficient.
- Attending scheduled Associate surgeries to foster communication and support.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous recruitment or basic HR experience, showcasing key competencies in the field.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A flexible and proactive approach to your workday, adapting to changing priorities seamlessly.
