Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on organisational change, negotiation with unions, and employee relations.Develop and implement strategic HR plans in partnership with Deans of Faculty and Directors.Drive staff engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.Ensure compliance with HR policies and support managers in workforce planning.Identify opportunities for HR service improvements and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in change management and negotiating with unions.A degree (or equivalent experience) and relevant HR qualifications.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.A solid understanding of UK employment law and experience in managing employee relations.A genuine passion for supporting and developing people within a vibrant educational setting.
