Job Description:

This role is responsible for supporting the Propulsion HR Team to deliver our People Strategy. As part of a team, you will be working on a number of key projects and supporting a variety of employee lifecycle activity across Propulsion Operations (EPMC & BAC). Alongside working with our People Partners, this role will involve collaborating with Stakeholders from manufacturing and our Trade Union as well as working closely with wider HR Teams.Skills Required:

  • Generalist HR experience - understanding of policy applications for Absence, Recruitment, Training, Payroll & Contractual obligations (i.e. Terms & Conditions.)
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple Stakeholders (Including Management & Shop Floor Staff) to deliver engagement projects.
  • High levels of communication, both written and verbal, adaptable to a variety of audiences.

Experience Required:

Desirable:

  • Experience of Manufacturing and / or a unionised environment.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Event / workshop facilitation.
  • Qualification in HR/Relevant discipline or CIPD Qualified.

Additional Information:

Hybrid working: Minimum 3 days onsite per week.

Onsite presence is expected and required for certain meetings each week.
