Oscar Technology has partnered with one of the UK's leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners to recruit a 1st Line Business Central Support Analyst to join their dynamic team.

The Role

As a 1st Line BC Support Analyst, you'll play a vital role in the smooth operation of the helpdesk. Working within a team, you'll provide support to clients - resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers get maximum performance and efficiency out of their ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk Management: Handle customer queries received through phone, email, or the portal, logging them accurately in the system.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyse and resolve BC issues, escalating more complex cases to senior colleagues where necessary.
  • SLA Adherence: Ensure customer requests are resolved within agreed SLAs to maintain the company's reputation for excellence.

Essential

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience with Business Central, either in consulting, support, or as a Key/Super user.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation or support, ideally with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
