We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced 2nd Line IT Support professional for a full-time permanent position based in Wolverhampton. This role offers an exciting mix of remote support duties complemented by onsite visits to our diverse range of clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive second-line technical assistance.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving various hardware and software configurations.
  • Support clients on site and remotely in the Midlands and surrounding area
