- Lead work streams within the digital transformation and core banking modernisation projects.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop project schedules, manage resources, and track progress to meet objectives, scope, and budget.
- Input to impact assessments and solution options.
- Proactively manage project scope changes, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage a project team, including project managers and PMO resources.
- Report to senior stakeholders, including steering committees, on project progress.
- Experience in financial services project delivery moving from legacy application to cloud (Azure) is a must-have.
- Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is a must-have.
- Proven leadership skills, including managing budgets, project teams, and vendors, is a must-have.
- Certification in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Scrum, or PMP is a must-have.
- Expertise in managing large-scale projects, particularly involving Cloud technologies, applications, and data, is a must-have.
