Agile Senior PMA leading financial services corporation is hiring an Agile Senior Project Manager who has previously delivered a program to move a medium-sized business from legacy (on-prem) to the cloud (Azure). The ideal candidate will have experience with Savings products, as our client continues on their digital transformation campaign to revamp their core services accessed by users all over the UK.Our client is paying a salary of £65,000 to £75,000 + benefits to be based in West Midlands two to three day per week.Key Responsibilities:

Lead work streams within the digital transformation and core banking modernisation projects.
Collaborate with business, architecture, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Develop project schedules, manage resources, and track progress to meet objectives, scope, and budget.
Input to impact assessments and solution options.
Proactively manage project scope changes, risks, and dependencies.
Manage a project team, including project managers and PMO resources.
Report to senior stakeholders, including steering committees, on project progress.

Required Experience and Skills:

Experience in financial services project delivery moving from legacy application to cloud (Azure) is a must-have.
Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is a must-have.
Proven leadership skills, including managing budgets, project teams, and vendors, is a must-have.
Certification in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Scrum, or PMP is a must-have.
Expertise in managing large-scale projects, particularly involving Cloud technologies, applications, and data, is a must-have.
