This six-month contract, operating outside IR35, requires a minimum of two days onsite each week. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience leading ERP projects, ideally with extensive exposure to NetSuite.This role involves steering an organisation through a critical systems transformation, ensuring all processes, teams, and infrastructure are aligned for a seamless transition. Strong organisational abilities, stakeholder management expertise, and leadership skills are essential for success.Key Responsibilities. Process Evaluation and Planning
  • Analyse current and future processes: Lead workshops with stakeholders to assess existing workflows and define goals.
  • Define project deliverables: Create a detailed project roadmap with clear objectives and success criteria.
  • Collaborate on project timelines: Work with the implementation partner to establish milestones and quality standards.
Team and Stakeholder Coordination
  • Build the project team: Assemble a multidisciplinary team and clarify roles.
  • Partner with leadership: Work with senior management to ensure new processes align with organisational goals.
  • Establish governance: Set up a steering committee to guide the project strategically.
System Preparation and Quality Assurance
  • Align system configurations: Confirm requirements meet the organisational objectives.
  • Ensure infrastructure readiness: Validate IT systems for NetSuite integration.
  • Check compatibility: Confirm supporting tools like Microsoft 365 integrate seamlessly.
  • Monitor quality: Review and validate deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Implementation and Testing
  • Oversee data migration: Manage data preparation, validation, and transfer.
  • Prepare testing environment: Ensure readiness for user acceptance testing.
  • Create test scripts: Develop and oversee the execution of detailed testing plans.
Training and Change Management
