About the Role:

As an HGV Mechanical/Technical Trainer, you'll deliver both theory and practical lessons to Level 2 and Level 3 apprentices specializing in HGV and Coach maintenance and repair.

  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans to motivate and develop learners.
  • Split your time effectively between teaching, marking, and lesson planning.
  • Encourage and support students, ensuring they thrive even on challenging days.

This is a full-time, site-based role with a supportive team and excellent development opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has experience teaching HGV or Coach apprenticeships (Level 2/3) in the education sector.
  • Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, Service, or Repair.
  • Possesses a teaching qualification (minimum Level 3).
  • Is proactive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering student-focused results.
