BEM Launch Engineer - 39992 - Wolverhampton - £30.00/hr - Inside IR35

What You Will Do:

  • Solve complex problems related to manufacturing processes and high-voltage battery systems.
  • Utilise your knowledge of battery systems and design to innovate and improve.
  • Engage with the PCDS framework to enhance project outcomes.
  • Navigate AIMS & Issue management systems adeptly.
  • Apply Agile methodology to streamline and optimize processes.
  • Lead with quality tools and processes, ensuring the highest standards are met.

What You Will Bring:

  • Relevant OR previous experience of Launch in Manufacturing; working knowledge of quality tools and processes.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and manufacturing process knowledge.
  • Expertise in high-voltage battery knowledge and a strong understanding of battery systems and design.
  • Familiarity with the PCDS framework and experience in AIMS & Issue management systems.
  • Experience or understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Degree qualification in a relevant Engineering subject is preferred.
