What You'll Do:As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the outdoor areas. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Operating ride-on mowers to keep grass areas neat and tidy.
- Performing routine grounds maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, and planting.
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are maintained and stored properly.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Following health and safety regulations while working on-site.
What We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid driving licence (essential for getting around our sites).
- Experience operating ride-on mowers.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work hard.
- Good communication skills to work effectively in a team.
- A passion for maintaining outdoor environments and improving community spaces.
