I'm delighted to be working with a reputable law firm located in the heart of Wolverhampton, known for delivering exceptional legal services.Due to a period of growth I am looking for an experienced Conveyancing legal secretary, to join their dedicated conveyancing team.Based in modern, well equipped offices you will be responsible for providing customers with an efficient and professional service.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years + conveyancing experience.Duties include:Managing and maintaining files, including opening and closing files, file organisation, and file managementDrafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and emailsConducting legal research and preparing reportsDealing with clients both over the phone and face to face; providing excellent client careDictation & audio typingDiary managementSupporting fee earners and partners with administration Producing and calculating fee's / billingExperience:Must have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing experienceExperience with a Case Management SystemAudio & copy typing skillsPC literate
