Compliance AssistantWolverhampton-basedWe're currently working with a leading legal 500 regional law firm across the West Midlands, with over 6 offices. They're growing really well, and after some internal movement, they're currently looking to add a Compliance Assistant to the team.Joining a close-knit team of 4 you would offer support across the wider firm, with onboarding, CDD, AML and more. With an opportunity to progress and develop, very quick learning options as you work closely with senior leadership.Day to day:
  • Ensure all compliance quality standards and audit measures are implemented
  • New and existing client on-boarding procedures, including CDD, AML and KYC.
  • Internal and External queries, offering advice to fee earners and clients.
  • Update and maintain client database
Successful candidates will bring experience in a law firm, ideally you will have some exposur with compliance, whether in a compliance focused role or in a paralegal or legal assistant role.Understanding of Client due diligence and onboarding would be a huge bonus.What's in it for you?
