We are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager who can demonstrate experience in effecting positive change of procedures and culture.

Summary

  • Responsible for creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Responsible for effective leadership of the Warehouse & Logistics Operation
  • Responsible for the day to day management of the warehouse function, including budgetary control, resource planning, inventory/space management
  • Daily management of up to 30 operatives, 2 drivers and administrative support staff, leading by example, driving employee engagement, creating a high performing multiskilled team.
  • Effective management & supply of finished goods, exceeding customer KPI expectations & delivered with a cost control/reduction mindset.
  • Collaboration with internal departments to ensure effective and efficient use of staff and company resources.
  • Identifying area`s of improvement, working with other internal departmental management structure to strategize future investment and modernisation of warehouse function.   
  • Introduce CI initiatives/projects to increase the effectiveness and overall efficiency of the operation.
  • Ensure warehouse KPI's are set, monitored, maintained and updated.
