We are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager who can demonstrate experience in effecting positive change of procedures and culture.
Summary
- Responsible for creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
- Responsible for effective leadership of the Warehouse & Logistics Operation
- Responsible for the day to day management of the warehouse function, including budgetary control, resource planning, inventory/space management
- Daily management of up to 30 operatives, 2 drivers and administrative support staff, leading by example, driving employee engagement, creating a high performing multiskilled team.
- Effective management & supply of finished goods, exceeding customer KPI expectations & delivered with a cost control/reduction mindset.
- Collaboration with internal departments to ensure effective and efficient use of staff and company resources.
- Identifying area`s of improvement, working with other internal departmental management structure to strategize future investment and modernisation of warehouse function. Â Â
- Introduce CI initiatives/projects to increase the effectiveness and overall efficiency of the operation.
- Ensure warehouse KPI's are set, monitored, maintained and updated.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (standard)
Pay:
- Up to £45,000.00 per year depending on experience
