Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Your new company is a leading engineering company, specialising in metals recycling.
Your new role
Your new role is a mechanical maintenance engineer, responsible for all aspects of site/facility maintenance. You will be installing and maintaining mechanical equipment, including conveyors, belts, drums and incinerators, with a small amount of electrical work including motors and wiring. You will also work on site maintenance, including maintaining common areas and the exterior areas. The role is days based, Monday-Friday, working 45 hours a week, with some flexibility around start/finish times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a hands on, mechanical maintenance engineer, with ideally experience of working in aggregates or recycling. You will be highly organised and efficient, and be able to manage contractors and your own workload.
What you'll get in return
You'll get an annual salary of around the 40k mark, depending on experience. As well as the opportunity to learn and progress through the business in an interesting company to work for!
