Job Title: Production Engineer
Location: Willenhall
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 & Friday 08:00-13:00
We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Production Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment. We are looking for an Engineer who is accurate, precise, and will thrive being the first point of contact for customers and internal teams.
You will need to have a solid understanding of CNC Programming, Machining processes, and Manufacturing Operations to be suitable for this role.
A brief overview of what you'll be doing:
Supporting ongoing production projects within precision machining.
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing solutions.
Preparing accurate quotes and cost estimates.
Introducing new manufacturing capabilities to improve efficiency.
Programming CNC milling and turning machines to optimise production.
Producing detailed manufacturing drawings.
Identifying and reducing waste to enhance productivity.
Creating CNC/CADCAM programs for turning and milling machines.
Managing new product introductions from concept to production.
What you'll need:
HNC In Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of ISO9001
Able to use CAD/CAM packages
