Our client is looking for dynamic and skilled individuals to join a Brand New Team in, Wolverhampton, as Airline Support Representatives! This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world-class customer response centre that provides Aftermarket, Maintenance, Repair & Spares solutions to our global customers.

As part of a newly established team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional MRO administration services, spares ordering services, and a global customer response centre. Your efforts will support our extensive global MRO customer base, including networks in Singapore, Xiamen, Rockford, Monroe, Phoenix, and Miramar.

Summary:

  • Start date: 31/03/2025
  • Duration: 6 months - opportuities for extension and permanent positions!!
  • Location: Wolverhampton
  • Pay Rate:17.00 - 19.00 per hour
  • Hours: 37 per week - Monday to Thursday 8-4.45 and Friday 8-12

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process MRO & Spares orders efficiently.
  • Ensure flawless execution of logistics case management to meet customer commitments.
  • Manage orders, quotations, invoicing, and customer inquiries.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding on new systems while enhancing their experience.
  • Address Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demands for Actuation Systems customers worldwide.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with our customers.
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues using CRM & ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain timely and accurate communication with supply chain, shipping, quality, and other stakeholders.
  • Achieve key performance indicators and strive for best-in-class performance.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and manage small projects as directed.
  • Foster an inclusive and rewarding work environment.

Who We Are Looking For:

Essential Skills:

  • Customer-focused with a proven track record.
  • Detail-oriented and commercially aware.
  • Experienced with SAP or similar systems.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new ways of working.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience in the aerospace sector is a plus!
  • Knowledge of IT & Analytics, shipping, and logistics operations.
  • Experience in resolving customer complaints.
