Description
- Leading the Maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinating with various departments to address any engineering issues.
- Implementing preventive maintenance programmes to enhance equipment longevity.
- Overseeing shift operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the factory operations.
- Managing training and development of the engineering team.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Collaborating with senior management to set engineering department goals.
4 on 4 off - 12 Hours - DAYS ONLY
Profile
You will be an experienced Engineering/Maintenance Shift Manager or Lead, that's worked in a food manufacturing environment, as well as:
- A recognised Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, Multi-Skilled)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
