- Overseeing the engineering department's shift operations
- Ensuring all machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards

Profile
A successful Engineering Shift Manager should have:
- A recognised Engineering qualification (Time Served/Level 3)
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a food manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of continuous improvement & lean manufacturing techniques
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
