- Managing a Manufacturing Engineering team within a fast-paced environment
- Leading/Supporting improvement projects through change management. This could be minor product changes through to larger scale capex justification/transformational projects
- Instilling a continuous improvement mindset through mentoring team members and driving CI
- Reviewing and reporting on equipment and process performance gathering feedback from internal stakeholders
- Working across functions to develop production layout plans, value stream layouts, organization/standardization plans to support growth
- Accomplished working as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Lead
- Proven experience leading Manufacturing Engineering/Continuous improvement teams
- Experience having worked with an Electro-Mechanical assembly environment
- Well-versed leading and managing continuous improvement projects
