Managing a Manufacturing Engineering team within a fast-paced environment
Leading/Supporting improvement projects through change management. This could be minor product changes through to larger scale capex justification/transformational projects
Instilling a continuous improvement mindset through mentoring team members and driving CI
Reviewing and reporting on equipment and process performance gathering feedback from internal stakeholders
Working across functions to develop production layout plans, value stream layouts, organization/standardization plans to support growth

Accomplished working as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Lead

Proven experience leading Manufacturing Engineering/Continuous improvement teams
Experience having worked with an Electro-Mechanical assembly environment
Well-versed leading and managing continuous improvement projects
