  • Managing a Manufacturing Engineering team within a fast-paced environment
  • Leading/Supporting improvement projects through change management. This could be minor product changes through to larger scale capex justification/transformational projects
  • Instilling a continuous improvement mindset through mentoring team members and driving CI
  • Reviewing and reporting on equipment and process performance gathering feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Working across functions to develop production layout plans, value stream layouts, organization/standardization plans to support growth

  • Accomplished working as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Lead
  • Proven experience leading Manufacturing Engineering/Continuous improvement teams
  • Experience having worked with an Electro-Mechanical assembly environment
  • Well-versed leading and managing continuous improvement projects
