One of our established clients are currently looking for a senior site manager / project manager to oversee a complex, heritage renovation from a shell to luxury apartments. It will be heavily structural and fast paced project. Therefore, the right person will need to have experience working on heritage / structural challenging projects.
The right person will start in January.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Inductions
- Structural changes
- Overseeing tradesmen
- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed
- Working with clients, architects, surveyors etc
- Reporting to CM
The right candidate will have the following:
- SMSTS
- First aid at work
- CSCS Card
- Previous heritage works
