Project: Industrial Refurbishment
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an industrial refurbishment project in Wolverhampton. This exciting project involves the installation of a new roof, new shutter doors, and mechanical and electrical (M&E) works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
- Problem-solve and address any issues promptly to minimise delays.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of roofing, shutter door installation, and M&E works.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and deliver quality results within deadlines.
