Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our online marketing efforts.

As a Marketing Apprentice at Contact Business Finance, you will have the unique opportunity to kickstart your career in marketing while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will work closely with our team to execute digital marketing strategies, optimize online campaigns, and help us achieve our business. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will gain hands-on experience, as well as exposure to digital and social marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Develop some new marketing strategies including social media
  • Social media content creating 
  • Liaise with a third party marketing agency
  • Assist the team with operations
  • Develop new business enquiries
  • CRM system management 
  • Marketing automation management 
  • Help organise & attend networking events

Skills & Requirements: 

  • A strong interest in marketing and an eagerness to develop a career in this field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail and a creative approach to brand engagement.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
