AC Engineer, Birmingham, Salary from £38,000 to £40,000 per annum + OTE £50K + & Company Van Package!

AC Engineer required to join an established Facilities Management company on a mobile basis across Birmingham and the West Midlands. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for carrying out both scheduled and reactive maintenance work on air conditioning systems, diagnosing faults, and ensuring optimal performance.

AC Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems, including VRV's, VRF's, splits, and AHU's.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems within commercial environments.
  • Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of commercial sites.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

 

AC Engineer Requirements:

  • Proven track record in planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • F-Gas 2079 Certified.
  • Air Conditioning and Refrigeration SVQ Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds qualification.
  • Full UK driving license.
