Our client is looking for someone to carry out these daily duties:
- To carry out both planned and reactive repairs and maintenance for properties across the Wolverhampton area
- Endeavour to make repairs without the need for qualified contractors, where possible
-Carry out minor maintenance duties including day to day household repairs such as lighting, plumbing, minor electrical, and carpentry tasks
-Completing skilled work, having a broad variety of maintenance, trades, and skills, to enable you to complete a varied range of repairs reported
-Working as part of the maintenance team to complete and monitor repairs to ensure repairs are completed competently and sufficiently
-Ability to work as part of a teamand indipendently
- Problem-solving skills to face unexpected issues as they arise, and react promptly and sufficiently
-Driving licence and own car essential
-Able to work unsociable hours on occasions if required to undertake internal activities or external continued professional development activities
