Field Service Engineer
Location: Wolverhampton - UK based
Pay rate: £14.00 to £16.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday / 8am to 4pm
Our client is a leading engineering company specialising in the design, manufacture, and servicing of high-quality vehicle-mounted equipment for industries such as waste management, transport, and agriculture. They are known for their reliability and innovation, providing a range of products including hydraulic systems, skip loaders, and hook loaders.

You will need the following skills and experience:
• Experience in hydraulics, welding and mechanical engineering, specifically with Vehicle equipment
• Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic systems and vehicle equipment
• Strong mechanical fault diagnosis
• Welding skills for repair and fabrication work
• Full UK Driving licence
Duties will include:
• Service and repair of equipment, skips, hooks, Container handling equipment, and Front end loaders
• Site visits around the country, dictated by customer demands
• Provide on-site and office-based technical advice and assistance to customers
• Maintain all service records and relevant paperwork associated with repairs
• Ensure all breakdowns are completed in a timely manner and customers are kept updated on repair status
• Highlight any failure trends and pass on all relevant information
