Job Title: Fertility Clinic Manager
Location: St Jude’s Fertility Hospital, Wolverhampton, UK. WV4 5SF.
Job Type: Full Time (38hrs per week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Fertility Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fertility clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping individuals and couples achieve their family-building goals. The manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and optimizing clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fertility clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to protocols.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and clinic efficiency.
2. Staff Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
3. Financial Oversight:
- Manage the clinic’s budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining high standards of care.
4. Patient Care:
- Ensure all patients receive compassionate and comprehensive care throughout their fertility journey.
- Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
6. Collaboration:
- Develop opportunities for networking with other fertility and healthcare providers in a way that would be mutually beneficial.
- Liaise with third party service providers, including laboratories and other companies, to facilitate patient services
7. Marketing and Outreach:
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services and attract new patients.
- Participate in community outreach and educational events to raise awareness about fertility issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a fertility or reproductive health setting.
- Strong understanding of reproductive health issues, treatments, and patient care processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
