We are working with a safety critical manufacturer who are looking to add an exceptional Production Manger to their team. This role would suit an experienced manager that understands CNC Machining to tight tolerances / safety critical applications and wants to have ownership / make a real difference.
The Production Manager will
- Have overall responsibility for site production and OTIF delivery to customers
- Directly manager and mentor shift managers
- Liaise with other departments (Quality, Finance etc) as needed and be a key voice on the senior leadership team
The Production Manager will possess
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Suitable management qualification or experience
- The ability to communicate well at all levels.
In return for fulfilling the role of Production Manager our client can offer a salary of up to 55,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package.
