This fantastic nursery school based in Wolverhampton is looking for Level 3 Early Practitioners to join them in April due to expansion. Receiving a "GOOD" in their last Ofsted report, this school has a wonderfully rich range of cultures, languages and experiences. This nursery belongs to its community and is a celebration of it. They have an embedded secure ethos of listening to and appreciating each individual child and believe each child is a competent learner, knowing each child needs us to believe in them, needs other children, caring adults with high expectations, time, space, generous resourcing, and a sense of freedom to play.Your new roleIn this role, you will be working with the children in the two's room and in the main nursery. You will be supporting colleagues and working as a team to provide a homely, stable and stimulating environment for all children. You will also be helping to develop the children's learning and abilities through phonics sessions and monitoring their progress and supporting children with SEN. What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a
  • Must have a Level 3 Childcare qualification (full&relevant).
  • Must have experience working with children with SEN.
  • You will need strong communication skills, especially when working with groups of children and 1:1.
  • Confident in preparing and delivering high-quality activities in line with EYFS outcomes.
