Collaborating with teaching assistants, SENCO, and other staff members to deliver individualized support plans.
Communicating regularly with parents and carers to update on progress.
Supporting students with their social and emotional needs, fostering independence and self-confidence.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
A caring, compassionate approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in personal care for children with disabilities is highly desirable.
