As a Staff Nurse RMN or RNLD, you will:
- Provide care for patients with acute mental health needs.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, and Support Workers.
- Participate in the assessment and treatment of patients.
- Support and mentor nursing students.
- Take on leadership roles such as Safeguarding Lead or Equality & Diversity Lead.
- Engage in continuing professional development and training.
