A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join a growing business based in the Wolverhampton area. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive and will support the office team with administration duties.

Job responsibilities:

Maintaining/updating individual packs.
Data entry and copy typing documentation.
Answering inbound calls.
Maintaining attendance records.
Checking CSCS cards are updated and in date.
Checking stock levels for PPE and replenish.
General ad hoc duties.

Person specification:

Positive and a “can do” attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and IT skills.
Excellent telephone manners.
Strong work ethic.
High attention to detail.
