Key Responsibilities

Supervise classes during teachers' absence. Maintain a positive learning environment. Ensure students stay on task with their work. Support students' learning and development.

Requirements

 Qualifications: Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English. ? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.  Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.  Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
