A Pharmacy Manager is needed for a newly acquired Independent Community Pharmacy in Wolverhampton, located next to a GP Practice.
The role offers the opportunity to pursue an Independent Prescribing Course and transition from a low item to a high volume pharmacy.
Key responsibilities include managing the team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and focusing on customer service and financial management.
The salary ranges from £25 to £28 per hour, with additional bonuses for hitting KPIs and other performance metrics, along with 5 weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays.
Candidates must be qualified pharmacists with GPhC registration and should possess a business-minded and service-driven approach, ideally with relevant experience.

Managing the team making sure everyone is working to standard and complying with regulations
Focus on providing services and meeting customer needs
Manage, supervise and train pharmacy support staff
