Key Responsibilities: As the Head of Governance, you will:
- Oversee the effective operation of University Boards and Committees, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Act as secretary to the Board of Governors, providing high-quality support for all governance activities.
- Lead and develop a Corporate Governance team, driving performance and ensuring alignment with the University's strategic priorities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, acting as the institution's primary expert in corporate governance.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, with relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications in governance or law.
- Significant experience managing boards and senior committees within higher education.
