• Strategic Leadership: Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of planning applications and S106 agreements.
• Team Management: Coordinate and manage external consultant teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with local authorities, communities, and stakeholders to secure project support.

• Reporting: Keep senior leadership informed on planning strategies, project timelines, and outcomes.

• Qualifications: Degree in Planning or a related discipline, with MRTPI qualification.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Planning and Development, ideally with a housebuilder, developer, or consultancy.
• Knowledge: Expertise in planning systems, legislation, and viability assessments.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Proven project management and coordination capabilities.
• Driving Licence: Essential for site visits and external meetings.
