Dunbar Education is excited to offer an immediate opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Wolverhampton. This full-time role is focused on supporting a Year 2 class, where you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative, inspiring, and inclusive lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with other staff and parents to maintain a supportive and positive learning environment.
  • Foster a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working within KS1, preferably Year 2.
  • Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and ability to differentiate for a range of abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to fostering strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
