Role Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher to inspire and motivate our students. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons, while fostering a positive classroom atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to student development and a desire to make a difference in young lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
  • Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Engage with parents and the wider community to support student learning

Qualifications:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, etc.)
  • Experience teaching at the primary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
