Your new role
As a Senior SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Advisor, you will be at the heart of a collaborative effort to ensure the well-being of employees, the environment, and the overall operational excellence of the organisation. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a significant impact by fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for H&S and environmental management, as well as quality assurance.
What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of Level 3 NEBOSH National General Certificate
  • Experience managing or operating under an effective and comprehensive SHEQ management system in an industrial setting
  • Experience providing detailed interpretation and guidance of key legislative regulations
  • Willingness to obtain Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and Level 2 assessor competence
  • Strong grounding in quality management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Highest level of safety ownership and ability to create a SHEQ-first culture
  • Integrity and role modelling inclusive workplace behaviours
  • Willingness to self-develop and support others
