We are looking for a motivated and strategic Area Lettings Manager to lead and inspire teams across key locations. You’ll be managing branches in Coventry, Crewe, Hanley, Harborne, Newcastle Under-Lyme, Nuneaton, and Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your leadership skills can make a direct impact. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage performance across multiple branches to ensure targets are consistently met
Motivate, lead, and develop branch managers and lettings teams to achieve their full potential
Maximise revenue and profitability by ensuring effective management of all lettings operations
Develop and implement strategies to grow the lettings portfolio across the region
Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching with branch managers
Ensure branches maintain the highest standards of customer service and compliance
Work closely with senior management to drive branch growth and success

Your Profile:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior lettings role, with multi-branch management preferred
Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Target-driven: Demonstrated success in exceeding lettings targets and growing portfolios
Strong Communication: Confident in liaising with clients, landlords, and senior management
Adaptable: Able to work effectively across multiple branches, each with its own dynamics
Full UK Driving Licence
