Location: Wolverhampton (with occasional travel)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Collaborate with senior leaders to identify current and emerging learning needs, ensuring we meet them with tailored initiatives.
- Drive Impact: Design and implement robust evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of training solutions globally.
- Reporting: Produce insightful reports for senior management on learning progress and targeted learning hours.
- Content Collaboration: Liaise with training providers to ensure high-impact, relevant content for our teams across the globe.
- Learning Catalogues: Oversee the development of learning catalogues at each site, promoting self-select soft skill opportunities.
- Maximise Systems: Enhance the usage of our Learning Management System (LMS) to its fullest potential.
- Training Delivery: Occasionally deliver engaging training courses.
- Performance Management: Contribute to embedding our new performance management approach via the LMS.
- Innovate Learning: Seek and implement innovative ways to engage our workforce, such as learning weeks.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Partner with our DEI Director to implement impactful DEI learning offerings.
- Manager Development: Develop a global manager development programme to support all levels of management.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in designing and delivering learning solutions at all levels
- Strong partnership skills with the ability to build trust and influence diverse stakeholders
- Proficient management experience with learning platforms
- A proactive and creative mindset, adaptable to change
- Strong knowledge of learning technologies and project management
- A genuine passion for innovative learning, curiosity, and collaboration
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: 30 - 35
Contract Length: 12 months
