We are currently working with a well-established construction company who have recently been awarded some exciting projects and are now in search for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their successful commercial team.

The company concentrate on projects such as:

• Long-term social housing framework projects with local authorities and housing associations
• Mixed use residential & commercial new builds
• Care Home Developments
• Maintenance and Insurance programmes

Our client are ideally looking for a surveyor with a strong background in development projects to assist leading on a range of mixed use and care home builds.

This is an exciting opportunity to establish a long-standing career and get involved in some exciting projects across the country.
