Sourced Recruitment Group is partnering with an award winning national housebuilder who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Wolverhampton office. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled commercial professional to lead a range of mixed tenure developments across the West Midlands, including open market and affordable housing schemes. The successful candidate will have strong commercial and risk management experience and be adept at overseeing junior surveyors.
Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Location: West Midlands - Wolverhampton

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial activities for multiple developments
- Ensure profitability, cashflow, and contract compliance
- Oversee subcontractor procurement and management
- Prepare monthly reports and manage subcontract accounts
- Provide cost and value engineering advice
- Mentor and support junior surveyors
- Shape long-term project strategies and attend design team meetings
- Ensure health and safety compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within construction
- Strong account management and commercial acumen
- Ability to manage and mentor junior surveyors
- Degree qualified (preferred)
- MCIOB or RICS membership (preferred)
- Knowledge of groundworks, roads, and sewers
- Proficiency in COINS and 4P/Viewpoint systems
