We're excited to be partnering with a highly successful agency who are currently looking to add to their team with a Lettings Manager in the Wolverhampton area. 

Ideally, they are looking for someone who previously / currently is a Lettings Manager, but they would be open to a strong Lettings Negotiator looking for the next step in their career. 

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:

  • Up to £32,000 basic 
  • Up to £60,000 OTE

Lettings Manager requirements:

  • A Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or higher
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full driving licence
  • The ability to drive the team and branch forward
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Key duties as a Lettings Manager will include, but not be limited to:

  • Daily meetings
  • Coaching and Training
  • Ability to generate new business
  • Desire to hit the office KPI’S
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with landlords and tenants
