Our client, an award winning and rapidly growing property business and one of the market leaders who specialise in the Build to Rent market, is seeking a dynamic and proactive candidate to join Property Management team as a Territory Manager and be part of our residential team located around Wolverhampton.Ideally, to be considered for the role of Territory Manager we are looking for someone who has previous experience within Residential Lettings or a Property Manager rolebut will also consider exceptional individuals with less experience providing they retain excellent communication skills both face to face and via the phone, as well as being professional and confidentKey Responsibilities:

  • Working from a diary of pre-booked viewing appointments and conducting property viewings at properties within your portfolio.
  • Following up for viewing feedback and putting offers forward to the asset management team.
  • Liasing with the onboarding team in regard to referencing and ensuring that prospective tenants provide the necessary information
  • Preparation of Inventories that document the condition of a property prior to commencement of a tenancy.
  • Meeting new tenants at the property and conducting a move in, showing them around their new home and handing over any keys and information.
  • Re-visiting the properties midway through an active tenancy to check on the condition, produce a brief report and then dispatch this to the property manager.
  • Discussing with the tenants in occupation any maintenance-based issues that may be evident. Where relevant, liaising with our Property Managers to ensure maintenance issues are being looked after and dealt withprior to new tenants taking occupation or in occupation.
  • Post-appointment admin that includes chasing feedback, agreeing deals, typing up reports, updating software and sending out relevant information while working with property managers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in property or lettings and management is beneficial.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology
  • A positive and can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not essential.
  • Clean,Full UK Driveing Licence
