- Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and pupils
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and absence
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support the school office with various administrative duties
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Diplomatic and discreet in handling sensitive information
- Use of specialised software, such as SIMS would be advantageous
- An Enhanced DBS is required for this position
