Electrical Estimator required for our client, a building services provider who operate throughout the West Midlands.
The Electrical Estimator will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, and the Bid team to deliver precise electrical estimates for projects ranging from 300,000 to 5 million.
Duties would include; Reviewing tender documents, drawings and specifications, communicate with clients regarding queries and tenders, prepare comprehensive quantity take-offs and detailed material costing sheets, engage in negotiations with suppliers and specialist subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and contract sums and propose value engineering solutions when necessary, compile material lists and procure materials for awarded contracts.
Electrical Estimator Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary 45,000 to 55,000 depending on experience
- Car allowance 6,000

Electrical Estimator Job Requirements
- Strong Electrical knowledge
- Electrical qualifications such as 18th edition, 2391 and / or an NVQ level 3 advantageous.
- Mechanical Knowledge - Advantageous
- Experience estimating Electrical projects from circa 300k to 5m in value
- Live within commutable distance of Wolverhampton
- Full UK Driving Licence
