  • Proactively engage and maintain effective relationships with local employers to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals.
  • Screen and submit individuals to opportunities, and support with the application process and interview preparation / feedback.
  • Work towards and achieve targets and KPI's for job starts.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.
Essential Criteria:
  • Must have experience of working within Employer Engagement / Recruitment and have experience of generating partnerships and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • GCSE grade a-c or equivalent as a minimum.
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. 
  • Must be flexible with travel.
