- Proactively engage and maintain effective relationships with local employers to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals.
- Screen and submit individuals to opportunities, and support with the application process and interview preparation / feedback.
- Work towards and achieve targets and KPI's for job starts.
- Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.
- Must have experience of working within Employer Engagement / Recruitment and have experience of generating partnerships and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- GCSE grade a-c or equivalent as a minimum.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
